- Crowd Management
- Guide attendees to their seats or designated areas.
- Control crowd flow to prevent congestion and ensure safety.
- Monitor for unruly behavior and report any issues to supervisors or security personnel.
- Safety and Security
- Ensure compliance with event safety regulations.
- Conduct safety checks on exits, entrances, and emergency routes.
- Assist in evacuations during emergencies.
- Information and Assistance
- Provide directions and event information to attendees.
- Help with lost and found items or lost persons.
- Answer questions politely and efficiently.
- Ticketing and Access Control
- Check tickets or passes at entrances.
- Prevent unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
- Monitoring Facilities
- Keep an eye on facilities such as restrooms, seating areas, and common spaces for safety and cleanliness.
- Report any damages or hazards to the event management team.
- Emergency Response
- Act quickly in case of accidents, medical emergencies, or disturbances.
- Coordinate with medical personnel, security, or police if needed.
- Communication
- Maintain clear communication with other stewards and event management via radios or phones.
- Report incidents promptly to supervisors.
